James brings over 20 years Blue Chip experience with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that have delivered against stretch targets in UK, European and Global markets.

Extensive success in driving successful change in a range of functions from running regional start ups to global manufacturing entities with supply chains to match was achieved through innovative thinking and focus on results.

James held executive positions at Henry Diaper, National Starch & Chemical and ICI Klea. He has an extensive knowledge of the Chemical and Food industries and during his tenure the businesses he was involved with went through significant growth stages. He also has international experience in Europe, the USA and Asia.

James has a Business degree and is a member of both the Chartered Institutes of Marketing and Logistics.
